About

I have spent much of my life
paying attention.

Not to the loud, obvious moments. But to the quieter crossings. The internal shifts. The moments when something no longer fits, and something not yet clear begins to take shape.

Professional Arc

Where the work began.

My work sits at the intersection of leadership, discernment, and human formation.

I began my career in international development, serving as a project design officer with USAID, and later as the executive director of an international nonprofit. That work took me across cultures and contexts, where decisions carried real consequence and complexity.

Over time, I became increasingly drawn to a different kind of work—the inner work that shapes how we lead, choose, and live.

Today, I serve as a coach to leaders navigating meaningful thresholds in their lives.

How I Work

My approach is both
practical and reflective.

We attend to what is real. We tell the truth about what is happening. And we make decisions that align not only with external demands, but with a deeper sense of integrity and direction.

Midlife is not reinvention.
It is revelation.

Beyond the Work

The life behind the work.

I have been married for over three decades—a relationship that has required its own crossings and has deepened into something more honest and enduring over time.

I am also a mother of two adult children, both of whom are stepping into lives of purpose in their own ways.

These experiences, alongside my professional work, continue to shape how I understand growth, change, and what it means to live well.

I do not believe the most important work of our lives is about becoming someone new. I believe it is about returning to what is most true—and having the courage to live from that place.
